Four New Tenants
The recovery of office market could already be perceived at the end of last year: a lot of companies moved to new office. This process seemed to continue in the first month of the year: four new tenants signed lease agreements for altogether 1,000 sq m in Office Garden I represented by GVA Robertson. Thus the occupancy level of the building reached 80 %.

After a long search and negotiation process the leadership decided on Office Garden, which is owned by the Chicago-based Heitman Group.
