LOCATION
The 11th district is one of the most dynamic developing districts of Budapest. 'Office Garden I' is located in the heart of this area, close to the main roads No. 6 and No. 7, and M0 , M1, M6 and M7 motorways. The airport can be reached in 35 minutes, and it takes 15 minutes to get to downtown.
Concerning public transport it is also an ideal choice as a lot of bus and tram lines go near the office park (tram No. 18, 47, 56, bus No. 3 and 103). Shuttle bus goes to Móricz Zsigmond körtér. The extension of tram line No. 1, which will also reach the office park, is being prepared. However, a major boost for public transport will be the new metro line No. 4, which will further improve the accessibility of the surroundings.
One side of 'Office Garden I' looks on Buda hills, the other on the direction of river Danube, which can be reached on foot in five minutes.
